Let Us Guide You
Michelle Riddle founded complete Dignity with a passion and dedication to assist, educate and navigate patients through the complicated and often intimidating world of healthcare. She has several years of healthcare experience with an extensive background in many different areas including rehabilitation therapy for those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and pediatric patients. Michelle also worked as a Health Assistant (school nurse) for children in grades pre-k through 12th grade, assisting with various medical circumstances ranging from the management of chronic health illnesses to the monitoring of serious life-threatening conditions. Advocating, assisting, educating, and navigating patients were of utmost importance to Michelle. Whether it’s a 3 year old with an earache or a 76-year-old stroke patient with right side paralysis, both patients are equally important and deserve a knowledgeable, compassionate and trustworthy advocate to receive the best possible care.
Michelle is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy Consultants (NAHAC) and received her certificate in Patient Advocacy through the Cleveland State University School of Nursing. She also attends annual Patient Advocate training conferences, as well as, participates in monthly teleconference trainings that focus on all insurances, billing practices, patient assistance programs and services, provider fee negotiations, and management of care.
